School tours for new families starting in Year 7, start mid year. The transition process is taylored to individuals and the main communication is through our feeder schools, with activity days and group visits throughout the year to ensure your child is comfortable transitioning into high school. Orientation day is held in November each year and year 6 students attend PHS for the whole day.

Students will take part in a program of activities and learning experiences related to some subjects they will study in Year 7. The day will begin at 8.40am and conclude at 3.00pm. Students are encouraged to travel to and from school as they intend to do in 2026.
